schedule. Due to their busy schedule, they are not able to cook food at home
because cooking takes lots of time, but this recipe takes only a few minutes.
But everyone
want to eat something special, which was healthy food with better taste. So,
guys have a new recipe which was healthy and taste better. So, start a new recipe
“carrot rice”.
CARROT RICE
Material required :
- oil
-
cumin seeds
-
chana dal
-
methi seeds
-
asafoetida
-
green chillies
-
garlic
-
onion
-
curry leaves
-
coconut
-
turmeric powder
-
red chilli powder
-
carrot
-
rice
-
salt
METHOD :

Take a pan. Switch on the gas, add 3
tablespoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, split chickpeas, fenugreek seeds,
asafoetida, green chillies, garlic
paste, chopped onion, curry leaves, grater
coconut, fry it for 2 min in medium flame.

Then add turmeric powder and red
chilli powder, mix it well.

Add grated carrot and mix it and bake
it for 4-5 min. then add boil rice to it and sprinkle some salt to it as per
your taste. Then bake it for 6-7 min and serve it.
