HEALTHY FOOD RECIPE WITH GOOD TASTE

 

“Welcome” to our blog. Everyone is busy with their busy schedule. Due to their busy schedule, they are not able to cook food at home because cooking takes lots of time, but this recipe takes only a few minutes.

 

 But everyone want to eat something special, which was healthy food with better taste. So, guys have a new recipe which was healthy and taste better. So, start a new recipe “carrot rice”.

 

           CARROT RICE

Material required :

-        oil

-        cumin seeds

-        chana dal

-        methi seeds

-        asafoetida

-        green chillies

-        garlic

-        onion

-        curry leaves

-        coconut

-        turmeric powder

-        red chilli powder

-        carrot

-        rice

-        salt

METHOD :

-        Take a pan. Switch on the gas, add 3 tablespoon oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, split chickpeas, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida,  green chillies, garlic paste, chopped onion, curry leaves, grater coconut, fry it for 2 min in medium flame.

-        Then add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix it well.

-        Add grated carrot and mix it and bake it for 4-5 min. then add boil rice to it and sprinkle some salt to it as per your taste. Then bake it for 6-7 min and serve it.
