By adding some food to your diet will also help you to gain weight or muscles. If you add this some foods to your diet it help you to gain weight just in a week. So, lets begin to the blog “WHAT SHOULD I EAT TO GAIN WEIGHT IN A WEEK?”.

     Milk is best food to gain weight or gain muscles. Milk provide proteins, carbs, fats, calcium, as well as vitamins and minerals. Milk is a one of the best source to gain weight or gain muscles.
