Welcome” to “my blogs”. Many people faces “Dandruff” problems, and want to remove their dandruff permanently. Basically, dandruff comes in the form of annoying white flakes, which fall from the head like fresh snow. In medical terms, it’s known as seborrhea.

 


I can understand the problem of dandruff because some months ago, even I also faces a problem of dandruff. In that time period, I follow some steps and remove my dandruff permanently. And in this blog “HOW CAN I KEEP MY HAIR DANDRUFF FREE?” I am going to tell the steps which I follow and remove my dandruff from my hair permanently. So, let's begins my blog “HOW CAN I KEEP MY HAIR DANDRUFF FREE?”.

 

1. KEEP YOUR HAIR AND SCALP ALWAYS CLEAN:-

     Cleaning is really very important for your hair, if you have dandruff then it is really – really very important. One of the best way to keep your hair and scalp clean wear scarf or cap or hat which help to protect your hair and scalp from sun and pollution. Pollution and the sun are really very harmful to your hair and scalp.

When you do exercise sweating is natural, but that excessive sweating can really cause your hair and scalp. And the best tip is don’t touch your hair and scalp when your hands really very dirty.

 

2. USE ANTI- DANDRUFF PRODUCT AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY:-

      Dermatologist all ways just to use the anti-dandruff product if you have dandruff in your hair and scalp. And I always just everyone to ask your dermatologist before using any products because many people do not ask their dermatologist before use, but you don’t do like this, you ask your dermatologist before using any products.

Using anti-dandruff product it helps to reduce dandruff from your hair and scalp. If you don’t use anti-dandruff products it increase your dandruff but, if you use an anti-dandruff product it leads to decrease your dandruff from hair and scalp.

 

 3. EAT HEALTHY DIET:

        Eating a healthy diet is really very important, if you have dandruff or if you want to make your hair and scalp dandruff free. Eating healthy diet means eat that food that is rich in omega 3, fatty acid, protein, and biotin. It’s very important to add all this to your diet to make your hair and scalp dandruff free.

Eating fresh green leafy vegetables also very helpful for making your hair and scalp dandruff free. In that few months, I ate fresh green leafy vegetable very much to make hair dandruff free.

 

4. DON’T USE OIL ON YOUR HAIR AND SCALP:-

       I don’t prefer to do oiling on a daily basis because it leads to increase dandruff in your hair and scalp. But, I can understand that oiling is necessary for your hair to grow and make your hair strong. To solve this problem you can do oiling just 15 min before your hair wash.

If you do oiling just for 15 min it does not affect your dandruff problem. That’s why I prefer to do oiling just for 15 min before your hair washes on weekly basis.

 

5. HOT TOWEL THERAPY:-

        Hot towel therapy is one of the best ways to remove dandruff from hair and scalp in a fast way. Take a towel and hot water, then dip the towel into the hot water for 2 – 3 min. then apply that towel to your hair for 15 – 20 min and then remove that towel from your hair.

After reading the method of hot towel therapy you think why this hot towel therapy because it really helps you to remove dandruff from your hair and scalp. So, do this hot towel therapy if you want instant results on your hair and scalp.
